Inception Date The date on which an insurer's liability commences.

Insured Percentage The percentage of the insured loss which is covered by the Insurer. Intangibles Financial statement items such as patents, trademarks, goodwill etc.

Irrevocable Letter of Credit A letter of credit which can only be cancelled with the agreement of all parties.
